The purpose of this event is for each organization to share what is being done toward church planting/disciple-making multiplication and identify specific ways to collaborate toward the saturation of South Africa with healthy disciple-making communities.
The challenge faced by many leaders of organizations (NGO’s, FBO’s) is one of sustainability. In my recent interaction with some leaders of organizations, it has become evident that they are confronted with this challenge of ministerial sustainability and its application within their respective organizations. Often, this subject matter induces stress as it appears that they are not making progress despite their years of experience or the time that has lapsed since their respective ministries were formed.
