Revd. Dr. Gabriel Francis is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Joy bringers. An NGO and a public benefit organization founded in 2005 whose mission is “To see people in families transformed from disempowerment to maximum fruitfulness.”

Dr. Francis holds a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from the University of Nigeria. He also has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from the Global University, Springfield, Missouri, USA. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Transformational Leadership with the Bakke Graduate University, Texas, USA. His doctorate thesis is on Transforming Communities: Developing Market Place Compliant Families.

Dr. Francis is an ordained reverend with Foursquare Gospel Church Nigeria and Foursquare Missionary to Namibia (1995-2000). He pioneered the Foursquare Gospel Church in Namibia, which in turn planted other daughter Churches in various parts of the country, before he left to Johannesburg.

While in Namibia Dr. Francis and his wife Gloria founded one of the leading Christian schools in Namibia (Liberty Heritage School). Dr. Francis also pioneered the Youth With A mission base in Ongwediva, Namibia, and in Johannesburg, South Africa. He worked as a full-time missionary and pastor for over 20 years.

Dr. Francis is a dual citizen of Nigeria and South Africa; he lives in Johannesburg with his wife and three adult children.
