Jay and Sarah Gerhart are based in Zimbabwe, where Sarah is the field director. They have served with One Challenge in southern Africa (OC Africa) for over 20 years. Their passion is in discipling nations through transformed lives and discipling nationals to grow as godly, kingdom-oriented leaders.
Their ministry includes consulting, teaching, facilitating workshops, mentoring, coaching and practical assistance in starting new ventures. They focus on challenging and training young emerging leaders, while helping established leaders in personal renewal and revisioning the church in a post-covid world.
