- If everything rises and falls on leadership, then missional leadership is re. quired to transform our communities for God’s glory and Kingdom.
- If the new way of being Church is to be discovered, then a major shift towards a missional mindset in various levels of church leadership is required.
- If leadership is influence, then we need to work with leaders to assist then to influence and shape communities for God’s mission.

- To form, inform and transform leaders who move their communities for God’s mission.”
